News from the Weight Matters project!

One of our most exciting projects has sadly come to an end but we’re happy to share the latest news from Weight Matters!

17 October 2019     By Carolyn Usher

Weight Matters began in October 2017 with the aim of working to help lower obesity levels and increase EU-citizens health in the future. Weight Matters has taken a new adult education approach to weight loss and control, and developed and piloted effective ways to manage and cope with the challenges of living in an obesogenic environment. The programme offers a unique set of solutions, with coaching and mentoring at its core, to support adults to develop their own weight literacy and learn to shift their mind-sets in order to manage weight loss.

You can find out about the project through our website.

Our latest E-Newsletters also provide news from the last months of the project!
