The MOM project focuses on the skills women gain as mothers. This exciting new venture aims to design a training programme to recognise the skills women acquire as a parent as employability skills.
The partnership has extensive expertise in this field. Piano C, the leader of the project, developed the MAAM (maternity as a master) method that inspired the project.
The direct target groups of the project are unemployed mothers looking to enhance their employability skills. It also targets women on maternity leave, women looking to return to employment in the near future, and teachers, trainers and educators. The latter may be interested in teaching the MOM training programme developed during the project.
