About Us
Since 2001, Inova Education and Training has been dedicated to offering project management and consultancy services, along with specialized training, mentoring and coaching programmes for individuals and organisations. Our core areas of expertise include change management, personal and career development, knowledge transfer, employability, international student mobility, wellbeing, diversity and entrepreneurship.
Our projects cater to a diverse audience, providing a range of training and support programmes. A significant portion of our work is aimed at empowering underrepresented groups and those facing various challenges in realizing their potential. Many of our initiatives and projects are co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme.
We have extensive experience working with students, entrepreneurs, artists, and women in non-traditional fields like Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Our programmes leverage coaching and mentoring to help individuals develop soft skills, build confidence and self-efficacy, and achieve their goals. Our in-house trainers, with over 50 years of combined experience, offer one-on-one coaching, workshops, webinars and unique initiatives such as Enterprise/Career/Mentoring and Mindfulness Circles™.
Inova’s Circles are a series of innovative products that blend mentoring, coaching, and action learning to assist individuals in reflecting on and developing new or existing businesses, advancing their careers, or considering personal life goals. This methodology has been recognized by Aberdeen University business academics for its effectiveness in fostering entrepreneurial skills and has since been adapted to support various other life areas.
